The hotel requires all wedding guests book through the wedding block in order to attend all wedding festivities. Please do not book through Expedia or directly through the hotel--we have negotiated the lowest rate available. Please book directly through https://www.classicvacations.com/gr/ladymancarusi. When prompted for a booking password, please enter "Mexico."

You will want to fly into Cancun International Airport. The hotel is about 35 minutes from the airport.

Arrival/Departure

The wedding block rate is available between June 5 and June 8 (3 nights). If you would like to arrive earlier or stay later, please work directly with our Travel Advisor, Kacey Cunningham (kcunningham@tzell.com) to arrange that. For wedding purposes, we ask that you arrive by June 5th and stay until June 8th so that we can have ample time to see each other and celebrate together!

Accommodations

TRS Coral Costa Mujeres is an adults only, all-inclusive resort. All meals, drinks, entertainment, and non-motorized water activities are included. Once you arrive, all you have to worry about is which tropical drink you will have next and when you need to apply sunscreen again!

Airport Transport

The resort is a 35-minute drive from the airport. We encourage you to book your transfers directly through the service we have vetted. You can book this at the same time as reserving your room.

Reception

Answer

You may notice, there is a 1-hour block between the cocktail hour ending and the reception beginning. This is because the reception is being held at the connected hotel, Grand Palladium, and this time difference allows for everyone to be able to get over to the reception and not miss out on any fun.
