When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by June 20th so we can finalize headcounts for dinner and transportation.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our celebration will be semi-formal attire. We’ll be outdoors for part of the evening, so consider footwear that works on grass or uneven ground.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before the ceremony starts. We’d love everyone seated and ready to celebrate when the big moment begins. Shuttle pickup and drop-off times will be provided closer to the wedding date to help you plan accordingly.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, with the cocktail hour and reception taking place under cover and indoors.

Is there a hotel block or nearby accommodations?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved room blocks at two nearby hotels for your convenience (see the travel page for details). If you’re staying elsewhere, that’s totally fine, just be sure to coordinate transportation, if needed, so we can include you in shuttle plans.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be provided to and from the venue with pickups from our two hotel room blocks. We’ll share exact pickup times and locations closer to the date—check back here. If you plan to drink, we kindly ask that you use the shuttle service or coordinate a designated driver to get home safely.

Are kids invited?

We truly love your children, but due to limited space, we kindly ask that only those included on the invitation attend.
