We have exclusively hired the venue from Friday 1st August - Monday 4th August. Check in is available from 3pm on Friday and you'll need to be checked out of your room by 10am on Monday morning.
For those hiring cars and driving to Casa Cornacchi, parking is available onsite.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm but please aim to arrive no later than 4pm. If you're staying onsite this shouldn't be an issue and for those staying at external venues, you will be informed about your transfer time(s). Please be prompt and if you're unsure on anything travel related, just shout!
Ladies, all I ask of you is that you don't wear white. If you choose to do so, friendship can't be guaranteed post wedding... The terrain is a mix of grass, gravel and stone so I'd *strongly* suggest a block heel. Gentleman, we don't want to see your legs or your toes so trousers and proper shoes, please! We know it's likely to be very warm on the day, so there is no pressure to wear a jacket and/or tie if you can't handle the heat. Shirts are obviouslyyyy a non negotiable - it's still a wedding, hot or not...
Early August in Tuscany can see daytime temperatures of 30+. We will provide as many shaded areas as possible during the reception and cocktail hour but please ensure that you are taking on lots of water in between your limoncello on the day!
We would love for our guests to be fully present when we say 'I do', so, during the ceremony we ask for no phones or cameras. We have two professional photographers booked to capture the day and we will of course share all of the photos with you once we have them. Before and after the ceremony, feel free to snap away as much or as little as you like!
If you are staying at Casa Cornacchi, anything you buy, be it lunch or drinks, can be added to your room tab and paid upon checkout. If you'd prefer, you can also 'pay as you go'. For all guests staying externally, cash or card is accepted.
