Hotel
We have a block of rooms through the Homewood Suites, which has been beautifully newly renovated! Please note, there are two other hotels (Hampton Inn and Best Western) that share the parking lot with this hotel, so feel free to book at those hotels as well. One of our shuttles will be going to/from this hotel and the venue! Please note, the check in time is 4pm. While the hotel usually has rooms ready around 3pm, they could not guarantee an earlier time. This specific hotel might be best for guests who are checking in the day before the event.

We have another room block at the Home2! This hotel is brand new this year! It opened in May 2023 and it is beautiful! It features an indoor pool and is right next to the Outlets! This hotel is across the street from the other hotel and will also have a shuttle for transportation to/from the venue. Check in time is 3 pm, so this hotel is a better option for those who are arriving day-of!
Shuttle

We want everyone to have a good time and be safe while doing it so we have provided a complimentary shuttle that will depart two of the hotels (Homewood Suites and Home2) around 3:15 pm and will return back to the hotel at 9:15 pm and 10:30 pm. Please note: the venue is in a tricky area. While it is definitely possible to Uber/Lyft out to the venue in the afternoon, getting a ride share back to Leesburg will likely be difficult. Please plan accordingly if you do not want to take a shuttle and have a DD! There is parking available at the venue.
Flight
Dulles (IAD) International Airport is the closest big airport to Loudoun County! Other options in the area include Reagan National (in DC) and BWI (in Maryland).
House Or Rental
There are a lot of great options for Airbnb's or VRBOs in Loudoun County (search in areas like Leesburg and Ashburn) for groups or couples to stay! Please note, that shuttles to and from the wedding venue will only be leaving from the Homewood Suites and Home2 in Leesburg so transportation to the shuttle will be up to you!
