Where is the venue located?

The Rosemary at Spano Lake is located at: 193 Ed Herman Rd, Schenevus, NY 12155

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Please refrain from wearing the color blue.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

The wedding will be a kid free event. If you wish to bring kids on the trip with you please make sure you set up a designated babysitter during the event, we will not be providing babysitters (but we might know a few if you need one!).

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

No - unless your invitation specifies a plus one. While we would love for everyone to get to bring a plus one, the bride's family is just much too large for us to accommodate that.

How far is the venue from Cooperstown?

Answer

The venue is about a 15 to 30 minute drive from the designated hotels that we have suggested depending on the location centralized around Cooperstown, NY.

Will there be shuttles from the hotels?

Answer

Unfortunately because of how scattered guests are, we will not be running shuttles. We do however ask that you carpool to the venue if possible.

What about parking?

Answer

Parking is limited, so please carpool to the wedding when possible.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors, while dinner will be under an event tent. In the event of rain all the ceremony and reception will be held under the tent.
