There is an option to RSVP on our website on the RSVP page. If it does not allow you to choose your dinner option please reach out to us to let us know as we will need a final head count for each meal.
Please look under the "Travel" tab for the answer to this question.
Unless explicitly named on the invitation we respectfully request that children be left at home. If there is an unavoidable issue regarding this please feel free to contact us and we will try to figure something out.
We respectfully request that only those explicitly named on the invitations attend. If you think there was a mistake please feel free to reach out to us.
The dress code will be formal. We would prefer if jeans were not worn. Men please wear khakis or slacks and a nice button down shirt. Women may wear a dress or nice clothing such as slacks or khakis and a blouse as well.
Guests should park in the parking garage across the street from the hotel. During the weekend the garage should not be charging to park there.
You may need a bit of cash. The bar will be open from 4:30 pm until 7:00 pm for beer, wine, and soda. After that the bar will turn into a cash bar. If you are wanting liquor that will be cash the entire duration of the wedding. We will also be holding a dollar dance which requires cash if you choose to participate.
The ceremony and reception will both be inside the hotel. The ceremony will be in the banquet hall and the reception will be across the hall from the banquet room.
There are two options for our plated dinner. If neither of those options suffice there will be vegetarian, vegan, and kid's meal options upon request.
We have the reception room booked until 10:00PM.
