Our Wedding Party should arrive anytime before Thursday mid-morning. All other guests may arrive anytime before Friday at 2pm! Wedding is on Friday evening @ 6pm.
As long as you want! The wedding is FRIDAY May 8th- We plan to relax at the hotel pool the day after the wedding or bop around Old Town for those staying through the weekend.
If you plan to explore outside of Scottsdale, sure! But not necessary. Sedona is an 1.5 hour drive & Flagstaff is a 2.5 hour drive. Otherwise Uber/Lyft/Waymos are available for transportation! Several food/drink establishments are a quick walk or Uber ride away from the Canopy by Hilton Hotel.
Transportation (2 buses) will be provided from the Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Hotel to the venue and back to the hotel after the reception concludes. (30 minute commute each way). Please be out front of the Canopy by Hilton Hotel between 4:40-5:00pm if you'd like to take the shuttle to the wedding venue.
