We're hosting an adults-only reception, with the exception of children in our wedding party. This allows us to create an elegant evening where all our guests can celebrate together without distractions.

Yes, there is complimentary parking in a gravel lot for all guests. Please note that vehicles cannot remain overnight, so we recommend arranging alternative transportation—such as Uber or a rideshare service—if you plan to enjoy our open bar.

Please respond by April 20th, 2026. We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP by this date to help us finalize our wedding arrangements with our vendors. RSVPs received after this deadline will unfortunately not be accepted.

We recommend arriving at the ceremony by 4:15 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and guests arriving after 4:30 PM will not be permitted to enter the ceremony. Please plan accordingly to ensure you don't miss any part of our special day.

We warmly invite you to join our celebration, but guest attendance is limited to those specifically named on your personal invitation. If you've been granted a plus one, we look forward to welcoming your date.

We understand dietary restrictions are important. While we aim to provide a variety of menu options, we are not currently able to accommodate individual special meal requests. Our catering will offer multiple choices to ensure most guests will find delicious options to enjoy.

We've selected the Fairfield Inn & Suites in downtown Morganton as our recommended hotel for wedding guests. Located just 15 minutes from our venue, this comfortable accommodation offers convenience and comfort. Additional hotel options are also available within a few miles, providing flexibility for our guests' preferences.
