Pending COVID-19, Phuket Let's celebrate

We knew each other from summers in California growing up, but never anticipated what fate had in store. David was in his second year in South Korea with the Army when he contacted Lacy to catch up. The conversation blossomed in the coming months and they decided that it was time to reconnect in person for a first date. He invited her to travel with him to the tropical paradise of Phuket, Thailand without thinking she would ever actually make the trip. To his surprise she bought a ticket and flew across the world to meet him on a magical first date that was the first of many adventures to come.

To go along with the theme of tropical paradises being the perfect place for our special moments. We traveled for the 2019 winter holidays to the Caribbean. On Christmas day we were in Curacao and made our way, way down to Kokomo beach. David took Lacy out into the ocean and asked "Well since we're way down in Kokomo, will you spend the rest of your life with me?" her heart melted like a tropical drink in your hand, she of course said yes!
