Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Rental car, uber, or public transportation are all viable options! If you would like to take public transit you will have to take the blue line (22, 33, or 88 bus) in Terminal E at Boston Logan airport to Airport B stop for the Silver Line (bus). You will take the SL3 bus to the Chelsea stop. From there take the Newburyport commuter rail line to the Rowley stop. Where do I park at the venue?

Answer

There is a free parking lot at the front of the Briar Barn Inn.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is formal/cocktail attire. Please wear a suit, jacket and slacks and a tie, a dress that land below the knee, a jumpsuit, or a pant suit.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

October can be cool or warm depending on the year. I would recommend bringing a layer such as a jacket or shawl if the weather is cooler. Blankets will be provided for the ceremony is the weather requires.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Will there be a formal invitation?

Answer

Yes! We will be sending out invitations a few months prior to the wedding. Please keep an eye out in the mail!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to a tighter budget and guest amount restriction our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your children's names are listed on your invitation they may attend the event. If you have questions please reach out to Allison or Dan individually.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Answer

Yes! We will be able to accommodate most dietary restrictions. Please include your restrictions in your RSVP.
