Please plan to arrive no later than 3:50PM. Doors will close promptly at 4PM to allow the wedding party to begin lining up for the ceremony.
We are following a formal dress code! Men are encouraged to wear suits and ties with dress shoes. Please avoid khakis, casual pants, or casual shoes. Women are encouraged to wear floor-length or midi-length dresses with heels, formal flats, or embellished sandals. Please avoid casual sundresses or cocktail-length dresses. We have reserved a hotel block at the Courtyard by Marriott at Winter Haven. Please follow the link on the "Travel" tab to book at our discounted rate! We highly recommend staying in the area to avoid long travel times after our welcome party and wedding day!
There is ample space for parking in the lot at our venue. If you are depending on rideshare, please plan to reserve your Uber or Lyft in advance!
Due to limited seating in our reception space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Please message the bride or groom if you have any additional questions or troubles when going to RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Please RSVP no later than May 16 so we can finalize head counts for our vendors.
Guests can choose between chicken piccata, chimichurri beef tenderloin, or a vegetarian option. You will make your selection through your RSVP tab following formal invitations. Please be sure to note any allergies!
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside, while our reception will be held indoors. All 3 events will be held at the same location- Bella Cosa!

We'd love for you to share photos and videos using the QR code found around our cocktail hour tables! Feel free to personally send your best photos and videos directly to the bride or groom as well. We can't wait to see the different ways you capture memories from our special day!
