Our ceremony begins at 2 o'clock. Please try and be seated by 1:45 PM.

Yes. Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Yes, there is parking for both.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to the ceremony. However we will be providing transportation to the reception. We have arranged for a shuttle services to stop at the below listed hotels. We ask our guests to please note the scheduled time for pick up at each location, and to arrive promptly before departure. We will have two separate shuttles running after the ceremony, and shuttling the guests to our cocktail hour and reception: - SHUTTLE ONE - 3:45 PM - Holiday Inn, Pittsfield 4:25 PM - The Villager Motel, Williamstown 4:35 PM - PSU Air BnB - SHUTTLE TWO - 4:15 PM - Howard Johnson, Williamstown 4:20 PM - Fairfield Inn & Suites, Williamstown 4:25 PM - Willows Motel, Williamstown every hour, beginning at 11 o'clock.
