We have been trying to figure out the best way for people that are coming in from out of town for their hotel accommodations. Unfortunately, there is no great single solution. 

The Oxford suites offer a shuttle to and from the airport. Many hotels are no longer providing this service or charging. 
 
The Fairfield in is close to the venue but doesn't have an airport shuttle.
