Josh and I met when i was 18, i remember the first time i caught a glimps of him, it was love at first sight. We met at a party back when we both use to be up to no good if were being honest here! I remember walking up to him and asking who he was, he introduced himself, he was with his brother dustin witch i found firmiliar because we all use to be at the same party’s back then, i never knew dustin had another brother other than codi! So i went on minding my buisness but my eyes, they couldnt, i couldnt keep them off him all night, my friend chelsea and me ended up getting on the table and played a game of beer pong with him and his brother, talking our smack to eachother, i swore he was flirting, but didnt want to jump the gun. The night came to an end eventually, me, in my bed, thinking about him, and him, im sure in his bed cuddled up with his dog, bear. I found him on facebook and messaged him, like the perssistant human i am! We talked, played this game called pool on our phones for the longest time, back and fourth for many nights, and i mean all night! It sounds dumb, but just knowing he was on the other end of the phone playing me back in that stupid game, was enough to make my heart race, he was a very standoffish, shy, kind of guy. Very respectful and well i guess you could say, slow and steady wins the race. He asked for my phone number and we started talking a lot on text, and then finally, he asked me if he could take me out to dinner. I’ll never forget that night, applebees in davidson. He drove all the way from vassar, to goodrich to pick me up and take me on a date. That is just a sliver of our story, and how we have come together as one.
