We have reserved a block of rooms at Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Arrowood 8925 Red Oak Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28217 for our guests. To take advantage of our discounted group rate, please ensure you book your stay by August 8th. After this date, the remaining rooms will be released to the general public, and the discount will no longer apply.

For your convenience, shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the venue from the Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Arrowood. Shuttles will begin running at 4:00 PM to transport guests to the venue. Return shuttles will run continuously from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM back to the hotel.
There is no formal dress code — we want you to wear whatever feels comfortable and celebratory to you! Please note that the ceremony will be held outdoors, and September in Charlotte can still be quite warm.
The ceremony will begin at 5:00p.m. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to find your seat and enjoy the pre-ceremony cocktail and music.
