How do I RSVP?

We ask that you RSVP online by July 1st. Please refer to the RSVP section of this website.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. Also, keep in mind this is a working horse farm . . . so watch your step!

What time should I arrive by?

Answer

You are welcome to the farm at 5:00pm. Ceremony starts promptly at 5:30pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony and reception?

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking is very limited at the Voss Run Farm. For guests not taking the shuttle bus from the hotel in downtown Cincinnati, we ask that you carpool as much as possible. We will be able to squeeze a limited number of cars on the property, families' driveways, and up Arborrun Drive. We also suggest Uber or Yelp so you can party all night without driving yourself home. *Please feel free to contact us for questions and concerns.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love kids and kids love the Voss Run Farm! If you have little ones, they are certainly invited, as should be indicated on your invitation. Please be sure to include them in your RSVP.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be held at the back barn on the property and the reception will be held in a large tent in the field nearby. A quick stroll through the property will take you between the ceremony and reception. For anyone who needs extra assistance, please let us know, and other arrangements can be made.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

We love the outdoors! The ceremony and reception will be held outside with tents for shade and comfort. Please be sure to dress according to the weather.

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes, we will have a delicious buffet style meal that will include fried chicken, tacos, and a fresh salad bar. *Vegetarian and vegan options will be available.

Will drinks be served?

Answer

Of course, it's a PARTY! Beer and wine will be available for those who want to partake. We will also serve water, lemonade, coffee, and tea.
