When should I RSVP by?

We don’t have a registry but shared details on the “Registry” tab for suggested charities or Venmo (@Lacey-Larson) to go towards our Honeymoon in Japan.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Immediate Family and Friends have been asked to where certain colors - suggestions include navy blue, green, black, silver or gold. Ultimately, where whatever brings you joy.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’d love for everyone to celebrate with us! Our venue is cozy with limited space, but sharing the night with someone special is welcome—just let us know in your RSVP so we can make room on the dance floor.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hilton on Pensacola Beach and AirBnB this time of year has great inventory. More options on our site. Since it will be slow season on the beach, you are likely to find good rates at top hotels in walking distance to the venue and places to grab a bite.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please include details in the RSVP. It’s buffet with Southern and Mediterranean options that is inclusive of different preferences & needs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony & Reception are both at Pier Suite on the third floor. There is plenty of parking at Casino Beach and suggest finding a spot closer to the Pier.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No transportation. Most hotels around the venue are a 5-10 minute walk.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes - Thursday night a casual Welcome Reception at our AirBnB at 6 pm followed by a Party Bus touring Downtown Pensacola. The Saturday after the wedding we will also have a brunch at the AirBnB at 1 pm. Please see the “Schedule” section for all the details.
