Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re at the beach dress like your on vacation! Have fun with it, in case it gets breezy I’d recommend a light Shaw or something to cover up with!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be held outside for no longer than 15 minutes. The reception will be held indoors right around the corner of the ceremony :)

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Cocktail hour, while bride and groom get photos and get prepped for guests to come inside

What time do I arrive?

Answer

Starts at 6:00pm but be prepared to get their early! Around 5:45-5:50. So guests can get situated and visit a little before everything starts.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have a limited guest list, However Yes there’s going to be kids. So as long as it’s discussed and known before hand no problem! :)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our guests list is very limited considering all of the expenses we’ve already paid and prepared for. Please reach out to me before including a plus one.

Do you have a hotel blocked for guest?

Answer

Yes the hotel is The Lodge at Gulf State Park, A Hilton Hotel. For more information look at the travel page.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail it back or can I do it online?

Answer

The QR scan code is to respond on our website to make things simple. For you and for us, so we don’t have to worry about extra envelopes and stamps! :)

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding and ceremony on social media?

Answer

Yes. However, during the ceremony we ask no one takes any videos or photos as we will have a professional. If you do take pictures prior to or after the ceremony and during the reception, we would love to see you post them and use the #onceuponabailey so we can keep track of all the pictures!
