We're Getting Married

Like many great love stories, ours began in the most unexpected of times during the world’s quietest moment. When the world felt still... but for us, something beautiful was just beginning. It was June 11th, 2020, when we officially met, when social distancing was the norm, masks were a part of everyday life, and staying home meant staying safe. The world felt uncertain and a little lonely but somehow, in the middle of all that stillness, our story began. What started as a simple connection quickly blossomed into something neither of us expected. We became best friends almost instantly. There were endless conversations that lasted all night, endless FaceTime calls, and shared moments that made time feel like it stood still. We shared our favorite songs and shows, and found comfort in knowing that we were never really alone, even when we were isolated. Something about it felt natural, whether we were playing games or watching shows together over FaceTime, or even thinking about hanging out. Just providing a secure environment for one other to be completely themselves. Everything was a bit easier, a little brighter, and much more important when we were together, even if we were separated by distance. Our hearts opened up during a period when the world was closed, and we discovered happiness and a sense of belonging in one another. As the days turned into months, our bond grew stronger. It wasn’t long before we realized this wasn’t just friendship, it was love. The kind that feels effortless and comforting. On December 28th, 2020, we made it official. From that moment on, we’ve been inseparable, building a life filled with shared dreams, endless laughter, and unconditional love. On November 23rd, 2024, we took the next step in our journey an unforgettable moment where “yes” turned into “forever.” It was filled with love, happy tears, and that undeniable feeling that we were exactly where we were meant to be. In that moment, surrounded by the history we’ve shared and all the hope for what’s still to come, we promised to keep choosing each other every single day. That "yes" wasn't just an answer to a question but a celebration of every step we’ve taken together, every laugh, every challenge, and every moment that brought us closer, marking the start of our next chapter, where best friends become life partners. Now, we’re counting down the days until we say “I do,” surrounded by the people we love most. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and begin the rest of our lives, side by side, hand in hand, and heart to heart.
