Please RSVP no later than April 27th. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but we must provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for your understanding!
Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express Hastings, MI, for June 26–28, 2026. Guests can book at a special group rate for either 1 or 2 nights. Block Cutoff Date: May 12th, 2026
Yes! We will have a complimentary shuttle service to take guests from the Holiday Inn Express—where we have a room block reserved—to the venue and back. Hotel → Venue: The shuttle will arrive at the hotel at 3:20 PM and depart promptly at 3:30 PM. Venue → Hotel: At the end of the night, the shuttle will begin loading at 10:20 PM and depart for the hotel at 10:35 PM. This service is free to all guests — we want everyone to have a safe, stress-free, and fun celebration with us!
The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm. We kindly request that guests arrive 10-15 minutes before to ensure everyone is seated on time.
Yes! We want everyone to stay safe, so you're welcome to leave your car at the venue overnight. There's no rush — you can pick it up anytime the next morning.
If you receive a guest (plus one), they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Guests formally invited to the wedding will be accommodated.
Our dress code is Semi-Formal. The ceremony will be held outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors. We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us!
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say "I do." After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!
Yes, there will be an open bar — come ready to sip, smile, and celebrate with us!
Children are welcome if included on your invitation!
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at Venue 1230.
