What if I can't attend?

Answer

Please do not feel guilty if you are unable to attend. We realize destination weddings come with a lot of hurdles from cost, time off work, needing a passport, etc. and understand this may not be the most convenient event for everyone. We look forward to celebrating with you another time!

Do I have to stay at the resort?

Answer

While it is not mandatory we do encourage all guests to stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres. If you need to stay elsewhere you will have to get a "Day Pass" to the resort to attend wedding events for $130/day.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes! Kids are welcome at the resort and all wedding activities. Babysitting services are offered by the resort and can be arranged during wedding activities if desired.

What is the "Preferred Club" room option?

Answer

Booking a Preferred Club room will get you access to some exclusive services at the resort such as additional restaurants, lounges, and the lazy river.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We are incredibly grateful for the effort and time each of you is taking to join us on our special day. Your presence means the world to us and is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. Therefore, we kindly request no gifts. Your love, support, and the joy of celebrating together are more than enough.

How long can I stay at the resort?

Answer

The room block is available from 10/15 until 10/26 with a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights. We will personally be arriving to the resort on 10/15 and leaving on 10/24. Wedding related events are only scheduled for 10/18 and 10/19.

When should I RSVP and book my room by?

Answer

Please RSVP and book your room by 5/24/25. To RSVP please click the "RSVP" tab here on our wedding website. To book your room please click the "Travel" tab here on our wedding website and follow the link to our resort room block with destinationweddings.com. *It is very important that you book using our room block using the provided link*

I've never been to an all inclusive resort, what should I expect?

Answer

An all-inclusive resort is a vacation destination where the price you pay for your room also covers almost everything you need during your stay. This includes unlimited food and alcohol at restaurants, bars, pools, and room service within the resort. Tipping is the only expense you should plan for outside of the room cost.

We personally love the beach and wanted to do something unique for our wedding celebration! We love that this will allow us to spend more than just one night with everyone to celebrate
