Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for the ceremony and reception is cocktail attire. Dresses (knee-length, midi or maxi), jumpsuits, pantsuits, chic trousers and top are all appropriate options for women. For men, slacks and a button down, sport coats or suits are appropriate. Additional details about Belfair's dress code are below: Denim is not permitted in the ballroom. T-shirts and shorts more than four inches above the knee are not acceptable attire in the dining rooms. Children over 6 are required to follow the attire guidelines.

What should I know about traffic?
Answer
Saturday afternoons are the major check-in day for all Hilton Head Island hotels, rentals and resorts. Eastbound traffic on HWY 278 onto the island gets extremely heavy in the summer, and *very long* delays are almost certain. If you are staying on Hilton Head, we strongly recommend not leaving the island on Saturday until you leave for the ceremony. Getting around the island on Saturday should be manageable, but please plan to check traffic on Google Maps or Waze to allow appropriate travel time off the island to Belfair. If you are planning to stay on Hilton Head, we recommend arriving for the weekend on Friday, if possible. Heavier-than-usual traffic is still possible, but it will likely be less crowded on Friday than Saturday. If you are planning to arrive on the island on Saturday, please allow extra time for delays.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes. Parking is available just outside of the Belfair clubhouse if you choose to drive.

Answer
If you prefer not to drive, we recommend pre-booking a ride with one of the vendors listed below. Ride shares are difficult to secure late at night in Bluffton and Hilton Head. Which airport should I fly into?
Answer
The Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) is the largest airport in the area. It is about 30 minutes from Bluffton and about an hour from Hilton Head Island. Rental cars, taxis, ride share and shuttles are available for travel from the airport. The Hilton Head Airport (HHH) is a smaller airport located on the island and offers fewer daily flights. Rental cars, taxis, ride share and shuttles are available for travel from the airport.

The deadline to RSVP has passed. If we did not receive your response, we regrettably assume you are unable to attend.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, we respectfully ask that you leave them at home if they were not listed on your invitation. Only children of immediate family and those in the wedding party are included.
