Totally casual! Come as you are—no need to dress up. We just want to spend time together and kick off the weekend.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat. Our ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting; we encourage guests to dress warmly and plan for cooler temperatures.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

In Glen Mills, PA, mid-March weather is typically mild but unpredictable. Average daytime highs are around 50°F, with lows dipping to about 35°F. We recommend dressing in layers, as some parts of our celebration will take place outdoors (weather permitting). Don’t worry—there will be a cozy fire pit to keep warm and enjoy later in the evening!

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our celebration intimate and will be including only our nieces and nephews. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a night out with us!

Due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the celebration intimate!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to allow time to park, find a seat, and get settled before we say “I do”!

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking available at the venue for all guests. When you arrive, follow the signs for Garden Shed Parking. Once parked, you’ll see signs at the gate directing you to the ceremony area.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel for all guests! Buses will arrive at the hotel at 3:15 PM and depart promptly at 3:30 PM for the ceremony. Return buses will arrive at the venue at 10:00 PM and depart at 10:15 PM, allowing us a few minutes to close out the evening before continuing the celebration in West Chester.

What are the plans for after the reception?

Answer

The celebration doesn’t stop there! Buses should get back to the hotel around 11:00 PM, giving everyone time to change or grab a quick refresh. We’ll meet in the lobby at 11:15 PM and head to a local bar in downtown West Chester to keep the fun going.
