Question

When should I send the RSVP back?

Answer

We would like the RSVP cards back as soon as possible! If anything changes, please let us know as soon as you can!

Where is the venue? Where should we stay?

Answer

The venue is located in Kiowa, Colorado. We live in Colorado Springs, but it would be a shorter drive for guests if you would stay in Castle Rock, Co. It is completely up to you and your family though! Just be aware the venue is about an hour drive from the springs, but only about 40 minutes from Castle Rock.

What will be served for dinner? Drinks?

Answer

We will be having a taco bar for dinner, along with a small assortment of alcoholic beverages as well. Only 2 drinks per person.

Things to do for kiddos?

Answer

The venue has a large castle tree house set-up for kids to play in, as well as a large outdoor section. We will also provide small "to-do" baskets for kiddos, but if you can think of specific things for your little one, feel free to bring that along as well. There will be quite a few kids, so of you have any fun group games, that would be great!

What should I wear?

Answer

We want you to be comfy, but look nice enough you'll be happy with those photos ;) The ceremony is outdoors, and if youre familiar with Colorado, you know how crazy our weather can be! Please be ready for cooler weather while sitting, but also maybe get cooler while dancing the night away...

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will head off to take some photos, but you will have access to the reception hall, some snacks, games, and dancing!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

While we would love to see/meet everyone, we are limited due to venue space. Please RSVP, and if you have specific questions, feel free to reach out!

Where are you registered?

Answer

We will have a registry set up through target, Zola, and amazon. However, all of these are just ideas! All we need is your presence. IF you do choose to shop through the registries, please know you can price match through Zola, or buy cheaper than these specific products may show as!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We may be able to accommodate small parties, but please do not count on it.

Can we take photos at the wedding?

Answer

While we would love everyone to be as present as possible, we would love to see pictures from the party perspective! All that we ask is that the photos are uploaded to Facebook with the hashtag #OhHappyLabbes, as this shares it all to one easily accessible album. Please do not plan on taking photos during the ceremony, we have hired a photographer and we want to see your face in those photos, not your phone! But during the rest of the night, snap away :)

If I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We tried to pick something that was customize-able, so everyone could eat around what they could, and could not, have. Please let me know though if standard "taco" fare may not provide you with enough options to keep you full and enjoying the evening!

Is there parking space? Wheelchair access?

Answer

There is plenty of parking space! There are some handi-cap spaces available as well, for those who may need easier access to the entrances. The ceremony spot can be driven right up to if needed! Wheelchair access is available as well.
