SHUTTLE UPDATE: A shuttle will be provided to and from the wedding in Terrebonne. Pick up at both locations will be at 2:30 p.m and the Shuttle will leave the Wedding Venue at 10:00 p.m: Five Pine Lodge : 1021 E Desperado Trail, Sisters, OR 97759 Best Western Ponderosa Lodge : 500 US-20, Sisters, OR 97759 Eagle Crest Resort: 1522 Cline Falls Rd, Redmond, OR 97756

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st, so we can have an accurate headcount. You can let us know by clicking the "RSVP" tab on this website. We hope you will be able to join us!

Answer

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. Adults only please!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm so please arrive no later than 3:45 PM so you can make it to the ceremony on time. For guests staying in Sisters a shuttle will be provided to and from the wedding in Terrebonne. You must RSVP to reserve a spot for the shuttle service. Pick up/ Drop off time to be determined.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue. Please follow the signs for parking. Also please note that Uber/Lyft may be limited so scheduling in advance may be smart.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, sundresses or business casual. The ceremony & reception will take place outside on the grass in a hay field so wear appropriate shoes.

Will the ceremony & reception be outside?

Answer

All events will be outside. It can get a little chilly at night in September, so it is recommended to bring something to keep you warm.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be doing a two-hour float from Riverbend Park to Drake Park Thursday. Bring your own float/raft or you can rent one there. Details to follow. ($24 for float rental & shuttle/van ride. ) To reserve your spot please Venmo Amanda depending on if you are renting which comes with a shuttle ride/ or bringing your own float and just using the shuttle. Catering by Baldy's BBQ: Brisket & Pulled Chicken Served with: Mixed Green Salad, Au Gratin Potatoes, Baked Beans, Coleslaw, Slider Rolls & BBQ Sauce. Please reach out to the Bride & Groom if you have any food allergies or restrictions and we will try to accommodate.
