Answer
Our wedding will be at The Seagate Beach Club in Delray Beach, FL. The ceremony will be on the beach, followed by cocktail hour on the pool deck and a reception at the club.

Answer
Friday Night: Welcome Party – Join us for drinks and fun at the Sandbar as we kick off the weekend! Saturday: Wedding Ceremony starting promptly at 6 pm on the beach, followed by cocktail hour and reception. Sunday: Stay and hang by the pool or beach at the Seagate Beach Club with us! We’re keeping the party going for one more day of fun and relaxation.

👗 What should I wear?
Answer
The wedding will be cocktail attire – think beach and stylish! Since the ceremony will be on the sand, we recommend comfortable footwear (toes in the sand might be a good idea!) or sandals. Ties are also optional!

We have a room block at The Seagate Hotel, but there are other great hotel options in the area if you prefer. To reserve a room under the room block at The Seagate Hotel, please call them directly and mention the LaBarge/Russell Wedding.

Delray Beach is very walkable, but there are also other great options to get you around! Freebee: For a free ride, simply download the Freebee app, request a ride and jump onboard! They’ll take you around town in our customized, eco-friendly cars, while connecting you to all the deals, discounts, and “Freebees” at your final destination! We’d love for you to be in the moment with us! We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so please keep phones and cameras away—our photographer will capture it all!

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you’ll be able to join us for a kid-free weekend of fun and festivities! Thank you for understanding.

🚌 How do we get to the wedding?
Answer
There will be a free trolley available to transport guests from The Seagate Hotel to The Seagate Beach Club for the ceremony and reception. The Beach Club is also just a short walk from the hotel, so you can easily stroll over if you prefer. More details on the trolley schedule will be provided as we get closer to the big day. Stay tuned for the times!

Absolutely! We’re organizing a golf outing at the Seagate Golf Club for any gentlemen who would like to join. The main event will be the morning of the wedding, so it’s a great way to kick off the day before the festivities. Whether you're a pro or just looking to have some fun, it’ll be a great way to spend the morning. Keep an eye out for more details!

Yes! If you’re staying as a guest at The Seagate Hotel, you get free access to their pool and beachfront location at The Seagate Beach Club. Enjoy refreshing drinks and beachside cocktails with poolside and beachside cocktail service, making it easy to relax without missing a moment of sun. It’s the perfect spot to unwind before or after the wedding festivities!
