For the wedding ceremony, we kindly ask a beige and white color palette (with beige preferred), to complement the setting of San Galgano.
WEDDING DAY TIMELINE
3:15 PM – Guests gather at the Agriturismo
3:20 PM – Group walk to the Abbey of San Galgano (approximately 10 minutes)
4:00 PM – Wedding ceremony begins
4:45 PM – Group returns to the dining area (hotel backyard)
5:00–6:00 PM – Aperitivo & antipasti
6:15 PM – Guests are invited to take their seats
6:30–9:00 PM – Dinner & wedding celebration
9:00 PM – Wedding cake
10:00 PM–12:00 AM – Dance party & open bar
