How should I dress?

Answer

Think "fancy barbecue!” While dressing on-theme (Harry Potter) or in the color of your ‘assigned house’ (you will receive an email or text with this information) is encouraged, if neither is your thing, we recommend flowy dresses, nice blouses, khakis, or nice polo shirts. What's most important is that you are comfortable!

Will the event be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ONEderful Wizarding World of Kyra London, the Chosen ONE, will be hosted outdoors in the backyard of the Duarte-Ramey’s.

Is there a rain date?

Answer

Yes, the rain date is the following day, Sunday, October 5th at 2:00PM. However, should it rain on the rain date, we will host everybody inside!

Who is invited and how do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP via the RSVP tab! To check your party’s details, look up your name. If you see a person’s name with yours in the RSVP system, then they are invited! Message Dahiana or Samir if you have any questions.

I heard something about a book/card raffle, can you tell me more?

Answer

We love the idea of receiving books over cards; think of the oft used lines: "just one request that won't be hard, please consider a book instead of a card / well-loved, or brand new, either would do / please just sign so that we can remember you!” Raffle: Because we all love prizes/games of chance as much as Kyra London loves books, we’re hosting a book raffle with a chance to win prizes! You’ll receive one entry to the raffle for each book you bring; two entries per book in Spanish!
