The wedding will take place on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Doors will open at 3:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive early to park and get a seat. Location will be indicated on your wedding invitation.
RSVP DEADLINE IS MONDAY, MARCH 31, 2025. Please note that you must RSVP by the date provided. After the RSVP date has passed, all numbers will be set with the venue and vendors. If you are unable to attend after initially replying 'Yes', please notify us by emailing ktstokeswedding@gmail.com
Please plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes early to the wedding ceremony. Seating will be first come-first served unless there is a RESERVED sign. We ask that you arrive early so that you can park, get into the venue and get the full experience of our special moment. Late arrivals will not be guaranteed a seat during the ceremony.
We know this is a big celebration and we want to turn up with you but there will be NO alcohol served during the ceremony, mocktail hour or reception on the property. We also ask that individuals do not smoke on the property. We have made a contractual agreement with our venue that there will be no smoking or drinking and we do not want to lose money or have our wedding day shortened. Please feel free to explore Decatur Square if you would like to enjoy a cocktail. Thank you for your understanding!
We ask that all guests where formal or semi-formal attire. Women: Formal or cocktail dresses, pants suits, heels, dress shoes, etc. Men: Suit & tie, button down shirts, dress pants, dress shoes, etc. Please no jeans, t-shirts, sports hats or other casual wear. Please feel free to wear colorful, eventful attire as we celebrate. (Think different shades of pink, red, blue, purple, etc.) Please NO WHITE!
We both have big families and a large friend group and would be honored to have everyone attend but please note that due to capacity restrictions, no plus ones can be invited unless indicated on your RSVP invitation. We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 8 on our wedding day (unless participating in the wedding or indicated on your RSVP/wedding invitation). Yes! Parking is available near the venue. DeKalb Co. Courthouse Parking: 125 W Trinity Pl ($6 rate) One West Court Square Parking: 158 W Ponce de Leon Ave ($5 rate) Free street parking may also be available near the venue.
Yes, please look at the 'REGISTRY' tab for our wedding registry. All other gifts outside of the registry and monetary donations are appreciated as well. We thank you for your generosity and for celebrating with us!
Yes! The wedding venue has an ADA compliant ramp that can be used for all of our guests that need assistance. There is an indoor elevator that can accommodate guests to get to the ceremony, reception and mocktail hour. There is also parking spaces close to the venue's entrance.

There are 2 preferred hotels that are in walking distance to the wedding venue. Please see the 'TRAVEL' tab on the website for more details. Rideshare and MARTA are also available to travel around the city. We also recommend carpooling.
