Matron of Honor
Sheridian is the matron of honor and my best friend of 13 years! We met at 6 years old in Florida when my Grandma Hanne and her mom Kristi forced us to hang out as kids 🤣 they definitely saw something great though because here we are all these years later. Pictured above is actually a photo of us getting ready for her wedding shower 3 years ago! We’ve been there for each other for so much that’s it’s nearly impossible to recount it all. Despite our sarcastic and our almost comical sister-like relationship the love that’s there impossible to deny. And I can’t understate how much I am grateful to have her in my life 🥹
Maid of Honor
Kaileigh is my maid of honor and soon to be Sister in Law 🥹 I met her and Shane both in the Poconos 2 years ago! When we met we instantly clicked and I knew we were gonna be friends for the long haul. Kaileigh has been an amazing friend and sister whenever I needed her and is a big part of why this is all happening! When I had finally made up my mind and realized my feelings for Shane, she saw it too and pushed me to go for it despite my anxieties, and for that I will always be grateful.
Bridesmaid
Jordian is not just a friend in my eyes, she has always been like a big sister to me. I’ve known her as long as I’ve known Sheridian! And through all those years I always knew I could come to her for any kind of advice, whether it be emotional, spiritual or just what new music I should start listening to 🤣 Some of my fondest memories are from being a teenager riding around in her car with the music playing. It never mattered to me where we went, just that I got to be with them and have some of the best times of my entire life. (Also she met Tom Hiddleston, you really can’t get much cooler than that 🤷🏼♀️)
Bridesmaid
Randi here is my main hype woman for always ‼️Whenever I’m around her I can always feel her positive radiant energy through everything she does. We met up in the Poconos too! The minute we locked eyes it was like we had known each other for forever. I still remember her coming up the stairs of that cabin and without even knowing my name she ran over and sat right next to me on the couch and got cozy! And since then she’s always been right there next to me whenever I wanted to sing, be loud, dance, or even just get out and explore! 🐉
Bridesmaid
Alana and I met 2 years ago in the Outer Banks and it was like I had met a long lost relative, both of us being from Hanover PA it might actually be the case 🤣 but all jokes aside the similarities between the two of us can be uncanny sometimes, I’ve always found so much comfort in Alana and her kind, loving soul. She’s always made me feel so seen in nearly every aspect of myself (seriously we might actually have the weird twin thing 🤣) I’m so grateful to have her as a friend and even more so be apart of our special day 🥹
Best Man
Shawn is my father and the best possible option for the best man. Aside from the obvious fact of him being my father, he has also been the most influential person in my life. He has been more than a father to my sister and I. He has gone beyond his duty as a provider and he became my friend and someone I could always go to with good and bad news without judgment. The amount of time he and I have gone back and forth on the verge of tears laughing is beyond count. But as much good as we have enjoyed, an equal amount of hardship was also shared. However, my father and I (along with my family as a whole) always stuck together and got through anything this world threw at us. He has been my Father, friend, spiritual head, and so much more. He has turned me into the man I am today and I will always be forever grateful to have a man like him in my life. I'm proud to have you here dad, and I'm even more proud to be your son. I love you.
Groomsman
Terrel and I met in the summer of 2019. I got invited to his house via an open invite to an event he was hosting and he and I became friends nearly immediately. He and I have been through many good times and an equal share of hardships, but he always had a way of remaining level-headed through it all. I've always seen Terrel as an older brother more than a friend. He must share the same feelings since almost a year ago he had me as a groomsman at his wedding! An experience I will never forget. Terrel also has a direct role in all of this happening in the first place. For that, I will forever be grateful. He and Sarah will always be like family to me and I am honored to have them both here to celebrate with me on this incredibly special day. I love you both, thank you.
Groomsman
Brendon and I are more recent friends! However, the bond we have created in that short amount of time is nothing short of a brother-like relationship that I couldn't be any happier to have. We met at another one of Terrel's video game tournaments that he was hosting. Funny enough Brendon kinda got tricked Into going by his brother. "Had I known it was a tournament I probably wouldn't have gone" (thank you, Marcus). Had that not happened I likely would've never met him! That all being said Brendon is one of the most genuine men I have ever met. He loves his friends unapologetically and made it known to me early in our friendship that we were in it for the long haul, and I wouldn't have it any other way. He too is a big player in why this all happened in the first place! He and his girlfriend Sarina have been an amazing inspiration to Kyra and me. I couldn't be more proud to have them here with us to celebrate this special day with us. I love you both. Thank you truly.
Groomsman
JC and I go back far I mean like single digits far. His father and my father have known each other for decades. so to say that our friendship was inevitable is a fair statement. That being said JC and I have had the most brother-like relationship out of everyone in the wedding party. We have most definitely had many ups and many downs and plenty of time we both got on each other's nerves, but there is no denying JC is the little brother I never had. There's also no denying the love that I have for him and his family. They have been closer to me than some of my real extended family and I will always be grateful to them for that. JC has been there for me in times when I admittedly didn't think I needed him there. However, he has in his own way proven to me that he truly feels the same for me and my family. I am proud of how far he has come and how he Is working to become a better man and I can't wait until I get to attend his wedding. JC I love you, bro. Thank you for being here for us.
Groomsman
Tony and I have been friends since I was in middle school. A time in my life when I was getting bullied, not doing so hot in school, etc. He and his twin brother Nick were like a lighthouse in a storm for me. They helped me gain confidence in myself and helped me develop most of the hobbies and passions I have now! They were my original spiritual older brothers. Tony has always been one of my closest friends and he continues to be the voice of reason in times when I get too ahead of myself with ideas (which happens often) We too have had our fair share of happy times but some very low ones as well. One of the most recent being the death of his brother Nick. Nick was like my older brother same as Tony. For a long time, the three of us were rarely seen without each other. I know if he were here Nick would be celebrating with us. But I fully intend on telling him all about how we remembered him in the new system. Tony, you will always be my brother and I will always love you and grandma. Its been one of my best privileges being your friend. I love you bro. Thank you for being here with us on this special day.
