We are so excited to celebrate with you! To make sure you are able to get the discounted group rate, please reserve a hotel room by March 12th 2025, at the LATEST. If you think you may be in town the night before our wedding, there is also an option to add this to your reservation. Shuttle

For those staying at the hotel, we have reserved a shuttle to and from the venue for the day of our wedding. Please be sure to be down to the hotel lobby by 10:30am to catch the shuttle (it will come back just one more time for any latecomers)! The shuttle will be available at the venue for any early trips back, and the final trip will be close to the conclusion of the reception.
Flight
Both airports are about the same distance and travel time to the venue and hotel. So whichever airport/airline makes more sense for your schedule and budget!!
