Bridal Party's House

We rented this 8-bedroom house for bridesmaids and groomsmen plus significant others; it will also serve as the gathering place for the post-wedding reception in the backyard. Bridesmaids/groomsmen who do not want to stay at this house are welcome to book a room at the hotel or elsewhere. We'll be staying at this house as well and are looking forward to hosting everyone!

Residence Inn Arvada Denver West

This hotel is less than 10 minutes from the Bridal Party's house where the reception will take place and is conveniently located between Denver and Boulder. We've negotiated a rate of $179/night for 3 nights. Hotel rate/block is available until July 31st. The rooms are "suite" style with full kitchen, breakfast, and parking included. If this does not suit your needs, there are many other options in the area, and Kyra and Justin are happy to provide recommendations if helpful. The below link will take you directly to our room block. Note: select Thurs, Oct 9 - Sun, Oct 12 (the days we have blocked). If staying different days, please let us know and we can work with the hotel to try to accommodate at the discounted rate!

Shuttle

Shuttle to Chautauqua Park

October 10, 2025 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

One shuttle will stop at both the Residence Inn Arvada and Bridal Party's House to transport guests to the ceremony location at Chautauqua Park. The shuttle will make a return trip to the rental house for the reception dinner and drinks. Pickup Times (to Chautauqua): Bridal Party House: 1:30PM Residence Inn Arvada: 1:50PM Pickup Time (from Chautauqua to Reception): Chautauqua Parking Lot (900 Baseline Rd): 5:15 PM

Flight

Airfare to Denver

Guests are responsible for booking their own airfare to Denver International Airport (DEN). We recommend tracking prices and booking at your earliest convenience. The A-Line train runs frequently from DEN to Union Station in downtown Denver (link below). Guests can also use rideshare (Uber/Lyft) to commute to their accommodations.

Rental Car

It will be possible to enjoy the weekend with combination of airport train, rideshare, carpool with guests w/ rental cars, etc., but if you want freedom to explore Denver and the surrounding area on your own, we recommend booking a rental car at your convenience. If you have any concerns with transportation, please don't hesitate to reach out and we can ensure you have a ride.
