What Time Is The Ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will start at 4PM. Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to find seating and get comfortable.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Black Tie Optional is encouraged, but more importantly be comfortable. It will be fall and the sun will be going down, but it can still be hot tropical weather. Ladies please avoid wearing lavender/lilac colors.

Where do I sit?

Answer

The front two rows on both the left and right side are for the bride and groom’s immediate family. Anywhere else you choose to sit is fair game.

Photos and videos?

Answer

The ceremony will be unplugged (phone free). The photographer will catch all special moments for us to share later on. At the reception please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you want.

Alcohol?

Answer

There will be a hosted bar at the reception. However there will be a limited amount that the we are covering and once that limit is reached the bar will no longer be hosted. You will then begin paying for your own drinks. Cash,card, Apple Pay etc is accepted.

Smoking?

Answer

There is a smoking area outside the gate of the venue. If smoking a cigar you must go to the front of the building.

End of reception

Answer

The reception ends at 10PM. Must leave no later than 10:30PM.
