3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
The tea ceremony will start right at 3 pm. When you arrive, please head to the Lurline Ballroom (indoor). Late arrivals won't be accommodated to ensure a smooth ceremony, so please arrive early or on time. If you are late due to unforeseen circumstances, please wait around to attend the next part of the event. Traditionally, the Chinese tea ceremony is hosted in the morning of the wedding day when the groom arrives to pick up the bride. To honor the tradition while encouraging every guest to be a witness to the special occasion, we decided to host the tea ceremony as the first thing of the wedding.
4:00 pm - 4:45 pm
Prepare for the afternoon festivities by grabbing a drink and some snacks. Take this opportunity to mingle with fellow guests while the bride and groom change outfits and have their wedding photos taken.
4:45 pm - 5:15 pm
The Bride and the Groom would like to take this moment to greet every guest party and take photos together. Please expect to sign on the guest book with any congratulatory words you have, and participate in a few more welcome events prepared by Bride & Groom!
