Is there a dress code?

Yes! Welcome Party – White Party Attire Kick off the celebration in style! For our Welcome Party, we kindly ask guests to wear a shade of white. Wedding Day – Summer Formal For the wedding ceremony and reception, the dress code is summer formal. Ladies: Midi or floor-length gowns are recommended. Gentlemen: A suit or tuxedo is encouraged. Please Note: Both events are planned to take place outdoors, weather permitting. We recommend choosing attire and footwear that will keep you comfortable on grass, stone, or sand.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Your invitation will be addressed specifically to those who are invited, including any designated plus ones. As we are planning an intimate celebration, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we absolutely adore your children, we’ve chosen to make this an adults-only celebration. If your little ones will be traveling with you, please reach out to Evan or Kyra—we’d be happy to coordinate with our planner to help arrange a trusted sitter.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course! There will be a section on the RSVP to note any allergies or dietary restrictions. We take this seriously and are working closely with our caterers to ensure all guests are safe and well accommodated.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that all phones be put away once the ceremony begins. It’s important to us that everyone is fully present in the moment. Don’t worry—we’ll have professional photographers and a videographer capturing everything, and we’ll share those memories with you after the wedding. Once the ceremony ends, feel free to snap away!

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?
Answer
Yes! Transportation will be provided to and from the venue for both the welcome party and the wedding day. Pickup and drop off will be at the recommended hotels in downtown Sitges. If you choose stay later either night, Uber or Cabify is available.

Do you have any tips for the long flight?
Answer
Most flights to Barcelona are redeyes—so unless you’ve mastered the art of sleeping upright, we suggest coming prepared. Think neck pillow, melatonin, eye mask, and ear plugs.

Do you have a room block?
Answer
The hotels we recommend to do not have room blocks. Instead, please navigate to the 'Travel' page and you will see a list of hotels that we recommend. They have all provided us with discount codes or discount pages.

I do not want to stay in a hotel, where should I look for accommodations?
Answer
If you do not want to stay in one of the hotels, we recommend using AirBnB. You can find different accommodations that fit your needs. Please keep in mind that if you want to use the provided transportation, you will need to stay near downtown Sitges.

Are there any requirements for traveling to Spain?
Answer
First things first: your passport should be feeling fresh, with more than six months left before it expires. Looking ahead, the EU is planning to introduce the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) in late 2026. Keep an eye out to see if this becomes a requirement.
