Cocktail attire or black tie attire, whatever you feel best in! :)
Our ceremony begins at 3:30, please show up 15-30 minutes before. If you are late you will be unable to attend the ceremony and we ask you wait in the parking lot until cocktail hour.
We have directly invited the plus ones our guests are bringing. If were not informed that you have one, we please ask you respect the guest list we chose to share our special day with.
Conner and Kyra's nieces, nephews and cousins of all ages have been invited, but they will only be present cocktail hour/reception. Thank you for understanding.
For our ceremony, we please ask you silence cell phones and refrain from using them. Our photographer and videographer are very talented. We will leave it to them to capture the moment :) (At the reception feel free to take any pictures or videos you would like after the first dance has occurred) Thank you!
Our ceremony (if weather permits) will be outdoors, as well as the cocktail hour. The reception will be indoors.
There is parking on property! We ask you leave space around the side of the building for our vendors.
There are many hotels in close proximity to the venue. Unfortunately we are unable to do a block out because of business competition between the venue and hotels (the hotels do weddings as well). We apologize for this inconvenience, but we recommend to book in advance if possible :) Reach out with further questions if needing assistance.
We hope to see everyone on our day, but we know life happens! We ask that you please RVSP as soon as you know but no later than three months prior to the wedding. If we do not hear from you by September 1st, 2026 we will have to assume you are not coming due to finalizing payments with venders based on guest amount.
