Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony stays unplugged and phones/cameras are put away. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture our special day.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event.

Where can I stay? Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Semi-formal.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Historically Nashville has been known to be humid and hot in June. Rain showers are very possible. Crossing our fingers and toes for mild clear weather!

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony will be at Cheekwood Estate & Gardens - 1200 Forrest Park Dr, Nashville, TN 37205 Dinner to follow at Mére Bulles Restaurant & Events - 5201 Maryland Way, Brentwood, TN 37027

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors weather permitting, there is a rain back up plan at the same location if needed. Dinner to follow will be indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, we will say hello to guests, briefly take pictures with everyone. After that guests can head straight to Mere Bulles by shuttle service (about 20-25 minutes away depending on traffic) for dinner and drinks!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests can start arriving at 5pm, the ceremony will start at 5:30pm.

Where should guests park?

Answer

There is parking at Cheekwood that will require a brief walk up hill to our ceremony location. There is also parking at Mére Bulles.

Can I bring additional guests.

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before April 18, 2026. You can mail back the card enclosed in your invitation or simply RSVP right here on our wedding website.

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Answer

No, there will not be a cocktail hour. After our ceremony we will meet and greet guests and then head to dinner and drinks at Mere Bulles!

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Answer

Yes - upon request!
