FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RVSP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is June 30th, 2025. If we don't receive your RVSP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to make you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! The dress code for the wedding is Formal Attire. Ladies may choose a cocktail dress, a sophisticated midi dress, or a full-length gown, while gentlemen are encouraged to wear a dress shirt with trousers and a jacket, or a suit. As the event will be held outdoors, please consider the weather when selecting your outfit.

Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors! The ceremony will take place on grass, so ladies, we recommend wearing block heels to avoid getting stuck. We also suggest bringing a jacket in case it cools down in the evening.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow time for parking and finding your seat. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive by 3:30 PM. Please note that once the ceremony begins, no further entrance will be permitted until it is complete. Additionally, we have arranged transportation from Whistler Village to Nicklaus North Golf Course at 3:15 PM and 3:30 PM. We will follow up before the wedding via the email provided to confirm if you will be taking transportation to and from the wedding.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re planning a small, intimate celebration with our closest friends and family. Because of limited space, we’re unable to offer plus ones to everyone. If you’re hoping to bring a guest, please feel free to reach out - we may be able to accommodate and truly appreciate your understanding. If you’ve been given a plus one, you’ll see that noted when you RSVP.
