Question

Answer

Women: A gown or floor-length dress with heels or dress shoes is ideal. Men: A suit and tie is preferred. You can also Google "Formal Wedding Attire" for further inspiration. Red & Black is highly recommended, but not mandatory. (Ladies, extra dress shoes is recommended if wearing heels.)

Question

What should i not wear?

Answer

Please do not wear White( including creme, beige, nude) or Silver/ Rhinestones as the Bride will be in those colors. Ladies please do not wear revealing clothing(Belly, backside, high slits etc.). Also please refrain from mini dresses, skirts, hats, t-shirts, tank tops, muscle shirts, sweats, sweatshirts, hoodies, jeans, shorts, leggings, casual-wear or anything that isn't Church appropriate as we will be getting married in a Church before the Lord. We really appreciate it.

Question

May i bring someone?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited capacity our wedding is RSVP Only. All parties invited in your group will appear to RSVP when you type your first and last name. When you RSVP, your name will be added to the guest list that security will be strictly enforcing. Anyone not on the list will not enter the venue. Please do not ask for an additional RSVP as we have limited capacity.

Question

Are children welcomed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is an Adults-Only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Do we have a gift registry?

Answer

In lieu of gifts, we would greatly appreciate cash donations to go towards our honeymoon and buying our first home to raise our family in together. Our CashApp is $KGWeddingJune24 If you would like to give in other forms, please email us at LandKweddingDay24@gmail.com for assistance. Thank you!

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP before or no later than May 15th, 2023. If you RSVP'd and then found out you cannot make it please inform us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Failure to RSVP will result in no entry. Security will be at the entrance strictly enforcing the list so please RSVP in a timely manner to ensure your name is on the list. The BrideGroom will not be available to admit uninvited guests at the door. We will not assume any parties will or will not be present. Thank You!

Question

I am having trouble with my rsvp

Answer

Make sure to type your first and last name. Please no nicknames. All parties invited in your group will appear to RSVP. If you still are not able, then please email us at LandKweddingDay24@gmail.com. Please do not email us if you think someone is 'missing' or that we 'forgot someone' as we have limited availability and all invited guests are already included. Thank You!

Question

what time should i arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the Ceremony started as scheduled! Please honor our recommended time as we do not want guests running into the Bride prior to the Ceremony as she will be the last to arrive. Thank You!

Question

will there be a reception following the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Due to the Bride & Groom's preference for an intimate reception, only immediate family and close friends will be in attendance. Your invitation will specify if it is "Ceremony Only" or "Ceremony + Reception." The Ceremony is welcome for all to attend.

Question

Where Can I park at the Ceremony?

Answer

The Church does have a smaller parking lot that we are reserving for the wedding party and immediate family. However, there is plenty of street parking in all perimeters of the church including residential areas. There will also be access to park across the street in the school parking lot. The earlier you arrive, the better chance you have of securing a parking space.

Question

is parking free?

Answer

Ceremony parking will be free. The Reception venue will have Valet Parking for $20. There is also plenty of street parking nearby.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the day, but not during the ceremony as we don't want phones in the air blocking any views. We just ask that you do not live stream, or post photos/ videos of the bride/groom before they post on Social Media. There will be a professional Photographer and Videographer to capture the day and our most precious moments together so that you can spend less time worrying about capturing photos and enjoy the moment. As we look back on our wedding photos and videos, we would love to see our guests enjoying the present moment instead of trying to capture it on their phones. We thank you in advance.

Question

will there be any traditions i should be prepared to participate in?

Answer

We will be having the traditional "Money Dance" at the Reception, so please come with cash prepared if you would like to participate. We will be having a raffle for all participants!

Question

what will the weather be like?

Answer

The wedding will take place in the summer and it will be hot out, however we will be indoors with AC. Please keep that in mind.

Question

May I take a centerpiece/ candle/ flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Please do not take the centerpieces, candles or flowers home with you.

Answer

If you have specific dietary needs, please inform us when you RSVP.

Question

Answer
