Kynzi and I met back during the end of Sophomore year at OU when my fraternity got paired with her sorority for OU's annual University Sing (U-Sing) shows. We spent quite a bit of time together while we were planning for the show and quickly formed a great friendship. Over the course of University Sing, we grew closer and I was definitely upset to see it end because I had taken a liking to Kynzi. I remember asking her to go to Earth Fruits frozen yogurt as an excuse to spend more time with her after U-Sing had ended. Eventually, during finals week of our Junior year, Angelina Curiel and Tyler Overton convinced me that I should ask her on an official date and so that's what I did. We went on our first official date in December of 2016. We quickly hit it off and were constantly laughing with each other every time that we hung out. I had known for a while that I liked Kynzi and so I decided to ask her out on January 1st, 2017 to which she responded with "I don't know yet". This did not deter me, and we continued to go on dates until about 2 weeks later when she told me that she was ready for a relationship and basically told me to ask her out again. And so, we made our relationship official on January 19, 2017 and went on many more dates together over the next 3 and half years until I decided it was time to tie her down for life. I proposed to Kynzi on September 11, 2020 and we will be getting married exactly one year after that day! #keepingupwiththekaspereits #farewelltofranks
