Our Love Story
Our journey began in 2016 with a small moment—Chris was my waiter at Kona Grill. We had an instant chemistry between us. After my meal, we both unknowingly left our phone numbers on the receipts. We stayed in touch briefly but lost touch when he relocated from Richmond, VA. Little did we know, this would later become a symbol of a connection we never expected.
In 2020, Chris, starting his army journey, reached out to me hoping to write each other while in basic training. What began as a pen pal friendship quickly grew into something deeper. Despite the distance, we shared countless conversations, growing closer every day.
For the next three years, long-distance challenges tested us, but each call and video chat only strengthened our bond. Finally, in 2024, we closed the distance and moved to Atlanta ready to start our life together.
From that first meal at Kona Grill to our new life in Atlanta, our story is one of patience, dedication, and the belief that love always finds a way.
