Growing up in the same rural town we knew of each other in high school but we were never friends. I worked at the local grocery store where Donovan and his friend Marcus would come to the store to purchase snacks for work. I started to notice that Donovan and Marcus always seemed to find themselves in my line. We would have small conversation during their checkout, however, Marcus did most of the talking. Marcus was interested in one of my close friends and asked if the four of us could all go out. We all agreed that it would be fun! Donovan made his move and asked me for my number so we could be in contact to plan our "group" outing. Well, that group of four outing never happened. He ended up taking me to the movies to see Texas Chainsaw Massacre and out for dinner at San Jose's. In 2007, we both felt we had something special, but we never could've imagined the amazing decade we'd spend experiencing life together. I'm so excited for our future and we can't wait to celebrate our big day with our family and friends.

Where do I begin? It’s hard to just pick one certain moment when you have so many to choose from. Kyndra has been there for me through so many times, through the good and bad, through the peaks and valleys. I remember and cherish all of the miles we both drove just to spend a few hours together. Those few moments together brought us to where we are today. This special day has been a long time coming. I’m ready to continue our journey together.
