We’re getting married!

It was Christmas morning. We were wearing our matching Jack Skellington onsies haha (from The Nightmare Before Christmas). We had plans to go to our families houses that morning but before any of that we decided to unwrap the presents under our tree first. Somehow we ended up having the same amount of presents for eachother. We went back and forth taking turns opening one at a time. I got to my last gift... opened it and it was this blue colorful sweater I wanted. I was all excited because when we saw it at the store a while back they were all out of my size. Underneath that was a black shirt. I picked up the shirt and it had the word girlfriend crossed out and fiance written right underneath. I said “what?” All confused and looked over at Kyndell... thats when he pulled out the ring and asked “will you marry me?”. Of course I had to ruin the sweet moment by saying “quit playing!” A million times before it actually hit me. It was perfect and it was so... us! Oh yeah... I obviously said “YES”
