When should I arrive and depart?

Plan to arrive by Thursday, August 6 for check-in at 3pm. Please do not arrive any earlier than 3pm. Check-out is Sunday, August 9 at 11:00 AM.

Food & Drink

We’ve gone above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and well taken care of throughout the weekend. For our final night together, we’re kindly asking that guests cover their own dinner. The cost will be €45 per adult and €25 per child, and the meal will be pasta. If you’d like additional drinks beyond what’s already provided, those will also be available for individual purchase. Prices are €6 for glasses of wine, beer, or soft drinks, and €20 per bottle of wine. It will be more cost-effective to pay in euros, as this avoids additional fees. We truly appreciate your understanding. Please note that outside food and drinks are not permitted, but the villa’s sommelier-curated wine selection will be available throughout the weekend.

Should I plan activities or excursions during the wedding weekend?

We kindly ask that you don’t book additional activities during the wedding weekend. We have several events planned and would love for you to be there celebrating with us the whole time 💕 There will still be moments to relax and enjoy the surroundings in between!

Nope! We’ve got you covered. 🥂 Room assignments will be waiting for you in your welcome bag upon arrival

Can I take photos?

Answer

Of course! We love photos and memories 🤍 We do ask that during the wedding ceremony, you please refrain from taking photos — we’re having an unplugged ceremony and want everyone fully present in the moment. We’ll have a professional photographer capturing it all. For all other events, feel free to snap away and take as many pictures as you’d like!

Can I extend my trip before or after the wedding?

Absolutely! If you’re planning extra travel, we recommend booking those arrangements separately around the wedding dates.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes — a valid passport is required for international travel. Please double-check expiration dates.

Will AC and Wi-Fi be available?

Yes! AC and Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue. You may want to bring plug converters for chargers etc...
