When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we kindly ask that you RSVP by April 30, 2026. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, you will be marked as “No,” as we are required to submit a final headcount by a set deadline.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at the country club, though the lot is limited. Additional parking will be available in the field next door, and shuttles will be provided to bring guests to the venue. We recommend arriving a little early to allow time for parking and shuttling. You can also leave your vehicle in the field overnight if needed. It needs to be moved the following day.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 5:00 PM. This will give you plenty of time to park, get a ride from the field if needed, and be comfortably seated before the ceremony begins at 5:30 PM.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with you! Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Please RSVP for yourself only unless your invitation specifically includes a plus-one.

Are kids welcome?

We’re thrilled to celebrate with all of our guests! Please note that children are welcome only if they are listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding as we work within our venue capacity.
