We understand that a large social event in this time can be daunting and we do understand the risks involved. However, we will do all we can to ensure the wellbeing of our guests. The reception hall will only be filled to 50% of its capacity, masks are encouraged in the chapel, tables will have less people sat at each one, sanitation stations will be set up, and food and beverage will be served by staff only at the bar or buffet. In addition, we are making every attempt to livestream the ceremony on Facebook if you and your guests are unable to make it or feel unsafe attending.
Parking at the venue is limited. There is a mid sized gravel parking lot on site which guests will be directed to, but we encourage carpooling as much as possible.
Masks are encouraged indoors and in places where guests are unable to maintain a reasonable distance but they are not required. We will have sanitation stations set up throughout the venue and we encourage guests to please stay home if they are feeling ill. Thank you for your cooperation.
We ask guests to please be in the chapel at least 10-15 minutes before the ceremony start time.
The dress code for our wedding is semi formal
The parking lot on site is gravel, but most other surfaces are concrete or smooth flooring. There are multiple paved paths on and around the venue location and there is a drop off area in front of the reception hall.

Yes! Our caterer can provide vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free meals. We will be serving BBQ with a variety of sides including a salad but have other options available upon request. Just specify in your RSVP if you have a dietary restriction and we will communicate it with our caterer.
Not to worry! The roads leading to the venue are small but well maintained and almost all activities and events will be held indoors or under a covered patio. The wedding will continue rain or shine!
