Attire will be Semi-Formal: Tuxedos, Barongs, Filipinianas, and Gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Women are expected to wear dresses/skirts, NO shorts or pants. *Women, please NO exposed shoulders, open back, or deep cleavage.
