Our story begins with a couple of DM's. Jeffrey responded to a couple of Kym's story posts with responses here and there, but he really got her attention when he unsent some messages that Kym did not open. Jeffrey then asked her to dinner when he planned to be in California; which is where Kym went to college. Kym then accepted his invitation only to then cancel because she was hanging out with her family and got nervous. Jeffrey was so sweet about her bailing and reached out to Kym's best friend Candice to ask for her address so he could send her some flowers. When Kym got back to her apartment from visiting family, she came home to 2 dozen roses and a cute little note form Jeffrey saying he wishes they would have connected but he will be looking forward to finally meeting me. Kym ended up spontaneously going with a friend to NY (where Jeffrey lived) and while at first she didn't want to tell him because she did not want there to be any way for it to seem like she flew out to see him, she ended up telling him she was there. He however, was on a guys trip in Spain and was not able to connect with her until the day before she left back home. They decided to meet up for pedicures, and then the next day he picked Kym up again so they could hang out before she flew home. One thing led to another and Jeffrey ended up coming to California to meet up with Kym a couple more times before Covid hit and allowed them to really spend quarantine getting to know one another. Despite the unfortunate tragedy that Covid brought many, it allowed Jeffrey and Kym to really get to know one another and now here we are!
