When to RSVP by

Please be sure to RSVP no later than July 26th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. The Ceremony will begin at 4pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the size of our guest list, we can only accommodate the individual(s) indicated on each wedding invite.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor garden; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes and no, this is not a black-tie event, so no need to bust out the ball gowns and tuxes! Normal wedding attire will be just fine!

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We will have a shuttle service to ceremony from both Fenton Comfort Inn and Fairfield Inn as well as from reception to both hotels. Shuttle will start at 2:30 pm and the last shuttle will leave at 11:30 pm.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, FWB has plenty of parking available if you are not using the shuttle service to Hotel.
