4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
While the wedding party is getting ready for the Ceremony and last minute set ups are being coordinated, we have set aside some time for everyone invited to mingle before the main event starts. Tables and chairs will be ready but the food and drinks will be provided after the Ceremony, so grab a light snack on your way.
Ceremony

Dress to impress! Let your imagination run wild! Come as the coolest, dark, fantasy version of yourselves!
It will take place on a concrete patio area, under the sunset, with lots of stonework, candles, and ambient lighting. The ceremony will consist of a quick, light-hearted introduction, hand-fasting ritual, exchanging of vows, and the officiating of the marriage. Guests will view the ceremony from their tables, with champaign, wine, or drink of choice. The ceremony will be taking place on an inclined platform and the altar will be mic'd so there won't be a bad seat in the house!
Reception
6:45 pm - 8:30 pm
Immediately following the Ceremony, we will begin serving homemade chili, finger foods, beverages, and playing music. The wedding party, Bride, and Groom will make their epic entrances following their photos. There will be a few spotlight moments that the wedding party will participate in throughout the evening as we celebrate. We will be doing an official wedding party introduction, cake cutting, father-daughter dance, bride-groom dance, mother-groom dance, and a live band performance. Toasts will not be scheduled, but guests are invited to take the mic at any time throughout the evening.
Bride and Groom Send-Off

Finally, we will conclude our evening by having everyone meet at the top of the hill for paper lanterns and fireworks. Sending our lovely couple off with a dramatic farewell, to embark on their journey as newlyweds.
